How to solve BigQuery billing issues
What's a “BigQuery Billing” error? Well, this error typically happens when:
- Your Google Cloud project does not have a billing account linked, or
- The linked billing account has a payment issue.
If you're having this issue, know we’re unable to sync new data into your Easy App Reports data so this is something you want to fix asap.

How to fix it:
- Check your Google Cloud billing account
- Go to Google Cloud Billing
- Make sure your project is linked to a billing account and that payments are up to date.
- Re-connect your BigQuery project in Easy App Reports
- Log into your EAR account: https://app.easyappreports.com
- Go to Destinations > BigQuery
- Select your project and re-authorize the connection once your billing is active.
Once your billing is fixed and the connection is re-authorized, syncing will resume automatically.
