Inviting your team to Easy App Reports
Make sure your colleagues can also create data sources on Looker Studio by adding them to your account
How to invite:
- Login to your account and go to “Manage Team.”
- Invite a teammate by entering their email address
- The teammate has to accept the invitation and create a password to get started
👉 Starting on the 10th of July, we'll validate your Looker Studio access by verifying which Google Account is trying to access it. If a user is not invited to Easy App Reports, they'll be unable to create a data source there.
Account Roles
Now that you can add your colleagues, it also means we'll start gradually adding roles as it's needed. Currently, we have Owners or Users:
Role | Description |
Owner | The account that owns the subscription. Owners can't be removed. |
User | Users can:Be removed by an Owner or another UserInvite and remove other usersUse the Looker Studio connectors.Edit App Store and Google Play credentials.Users can't:Edit account plan and billing informations. |
