Promotional Content

Contains statistics of your Promotional content campaigns such as Viewers, Conversions, and Outcomes.

Promotional Content is a Google Play feature that lets you showcase a promotional asset directly on your app’s store listing, boosting visibility and engagement. It’s part of the Premium Growth Tools and is available only if you meet certain performance and eligibility criteria.

To qualify, your developer account must be in good standing with your app published and in compliance with policies. Beyond that, eligibility depends on your app’s category:

For apps in the Dating category, you must have at least 120,000 daily MAU over the past three months, achieve at least $350,000 USD per month in consumer spend for each of the previous three months, and the app must not be targeted at a limited audience (such as by religion, ethnicity, age, or sexual preference).

For apps and games in other supported categories, you need to meet one of these thresholds:

  • At least 1.6 million daily MAU over the past three months with a minimum of 1.6 million active installs,
  • or at least 2 million daily MAU in the last month with 2 million active installs,
  • or at least $40,000 USD per month in consumer spend for each of the previous three months,
  • or at least $50,000 USD in consumer spend in the previous calendar month.

These criteria ensure that Promotional Content is available only to titles with proven reach and performance.
