What's Easy App Reports?

Easy App Reports is a tool built to help app companies visualize their App Stores and paid media data in a single dashboard.

EAR has customers—app companies and agencies—from 34 countries. EAR is the first product by our company, Beyond Analytics. Have a look at our website and LinkedIn to have an idea of what we've been up to.

What are we excited about these days?

After three years of testing and talking to customers daily, we believe our platform is ready to scale. This means we're shifting our focus from building to growing our company.

As we're strong believers in the role of activation on Growth, we see this position as highly strategic. It's our first hire for this position.

The role

Your main goal on Easy App Reports

In a nutshell, you'll own activation.

Meaning we expect you to obsess over making sure every single app company and agency that joins Easy App Reports are setup properly, can access their data, and can get the dashboard they need to do their job well. You'll help them with tools such as Google Looker Studio and BigQuery, as well as helping them navigate our data sources tables and fields.

Daily activities

  • Monitor activation metrics (including feature adoption) as well as data quality and availability indicators
  • Proactively reach out to customers to help them get their setup done and dashboards ready
  • Create wikis, release notes, short tutorials, and other materials to help our customers get the most out of Easy App Reports
  • Take occasional onboarding and support calls (Looker Studio and BigQuery)
  • Represent our customers during product and growth discussions
  • Report bugs and suggest improvements based on the feedback you collect

What we believe you'll need to thrive in this role

  • Fluent English [hard requirement]
  • You enjoy writing so you probably already have a job, project, or hobby which involves writing
  • Tech-savvy, self-taught, with a strong work ethic
  • You can easily master Support and CRM platforms such as Intercom (or similar tools)
  • Experience working with SaaS or Apps would be extremely valuable
  • Some Data Visualization skills as well dominating Excel's basics is also important
  • Preferably a Mac or Linux user

Regime

Part-time with fixed hours with the possibility to expand to a full-time position soon

Tooling

We know how much the tools we use can influence our mood and productivity, so we try to offer the best stack possible. You'll have a bunch of premium tools at your disposal, from Intercom and Resend for messaging and comms, to Webflow for web design, all the way to the Notion, Loom, Canva, Chat-GPT and whatever else you need to perform your job well.

Pay & Extras

Our philosophy is to pay as much as we can for a given role instead of offering bit-sized benefits. Still, on top of your base pay, you'll also get:

Bonus

We review our bonus scheme yearly. This is our current setup:

  • Eligible 2 months after joining the company
  • 1.5-10% (depending if you're part-time or full-time) of our MRR for each $1,000 added
  • Payments are made in the same month when the target was hit

Equity (company stock)

  • Eligible after 12 months upon performance evaluation
